Johan has a successful track record of more than 25 years on the private equity and M&A market, with over 50 transactions in SMEs in various fields (retail, internet, production, …) to his credit.

For many years he was a partner in a Belgian private equity player. Prior to that, Johan worked at Mitiska Group (Retail investment group) as investment manager at Net Fund Europe (internet fund). At the start of his career, Johan worked at BBL Investment Banking (now ING).

Johan is a Commercial Engineer by training, with a Master in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School.

Ralf has more than 20 years of unique experience in private equity and corporate finance on an international level, resulting in a deep expertise and a wide private equity network across Europe, the United States and Asia.

As part of BNP Paribas’ Principal Investments team in Paris and Brussels, Ralf spent more than 12 years developing a portfolio of international private equity funds and co – investments for the bank’s own account. Ralf also served on the advisory boards of several leading international private equity funds. Before that, he worked at PwC Corporate Finance, where he advised companies and PE funds in merger and acquisition situations.

Ralf studied Applied Economics and also has a Master in Financial Management from the Vlerick Business School.

Bernard has gained wide-ranging knowledge and experience of banking and corporate finance in less than 10 years, with a specialization in private equity. During this time he has also built up an extensive network.

In 2018 he left a Belgian private equity player where he was responsible, as the Investment Manager, for managing various companies and expanding the portfolio. On various investments he worked closely with Johan who was a colleague there.

Prior to that, Bernard spent several years at Pentahold, becoming adept in all stages of the investment process and of managing a private equity portfolio. He started his career in the Market and International Business department of the Royal Bank of Scotland in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Bernard holds a Master in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School, a Master in Business Economics, as well as a Bachelor of Laws.

Leonard joined Integra in September 2019 as Investment Manager.

Prior to joining, Leonard was active as Principal at Volta Ventures, a seed and early stage venture capital fund for internet and software companies in the Benelux. In this role he focused on generating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and making investment recommendations, as well as supporting founders in building enduring companies.

Leonard was also active as a senior consultant with PwC, where he advised multinationals in various industries on financial instruments, trade operations, transformation and deals. Throughout the various assignments, he provided lead-financial and strategic advice to both banks and corporates.

Leonard studied in Belgium, Chicago and London and holds an MSc in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School.

Tom joined Integra in November 2019 as Investment Analyst.

Prior to joining, Tom gained experience at ABN AMRO’s Investment Banking M&A department where he supported the team’s origination efforts covering diversified industrials and business services companies, and at BNP Paribas Principal Investments, which manages a portfolio of international private equity fund and co-investments for the own account of the bank.

Tom graduated from the KU Leuven in Law, Economics and Business. He also holds an MSc in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School.

Gilles joined Integra in March 2022 as Investment Analyst.

Prior to joining, Gilles was a financial analyst at Koramic Holding, a privately owned investment firm in Belgium. In this role he assisted in the management of the underlying long-term participations and in the analysis of potential investments.

Gilles was also active as a consultant at Deloitte Private where he advised family-owned SMEs, managers and private investors in mergers and acquisitions and financing.

Gilles graduated from the KU Leuven as a MSc in Engineering. He also holds additional masters in Management and Business.

Charles joined Integra in February 2023 as Investment Analyst.

Prior to joining, Charles gained experience as an Investment Analyst at BNP Paribas Principal Investment, which manages a portfolio of international private equity fund and co-investments. In this role he assisted the investment team in the analysis of potential investments and the management of the underlying portfolio companies.

Charles graduated from the KU Leuven in Business Engineering and Tax Law. He also holds a MSc in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School.

Pierre started at Integra as an intern in September 2023. As of 2024, Pierre joined Integra full-time as an Investment Analyst.

Prior to joining, Pierre completed an internship at Sealution, a Belgium-based startup providing maritime communication solutions where he worked closely with the CFO on the company’s finances and fundraising.

Pierre obtained a MSc Finance and Risk Management from the University of Ghent and graduated from Bayes Business School in London with a MSc Corporate Finance.

Mieke joined Integra in January 2022 as Investor Relations.
Prior to joining, Mieke was active at the family business and at Voka Oost-Vlaanderen where she acted as an account manager.

Mieke graduated from KU Leuven in Business Administration.

Delphine joined Integra in August 2020 as Finance & Fund Administration Manager.

Prior to joining, Delphine was active at VGD Accountancy where she acted as finance and accounting consultant.

Delphine graduated from the KU Leuven in Law.
